Fake it until you make it.  It's a cliché, but it's true.

It is easier to make lasting change if you have the mindset that you have already changed. 

If you want to lose weight and get healthier, don't think, "I'm on a diet and exercising to lose weight."

You need to think, "I am a health nut.  I eat healthy food and I exercise daily because that's what healthy people do." 

With this switch in mindset, it makes it easier to stay on track!

HOPE.  Without hope and the confidence that you CAN enact lasting change, you cannot succeed.  Know that change is possible.  It's not always easy, but it is achievable.  As your life coach, I will help foster the hope which is needed as the first step towards changing your life.
